  4. Capitalization • Capitalize all the words in a greeting and the first word in the closing of a letter Ex) Dear Sir, To Whom It May Concern, With love, Very truly yours,

  5. Comma Error • Use a comma after the greeting and closing in a personal letter Ex) Hello, Gary. (X) Hello Gary, (O)

Reasons and Examples • Next paragraph : Reasons and Examples Paragraph ⇒ another listing-order paragraph • Writing a listing-order paragraph 1) Begin with a sentence that names your topic and says it has several points. 2) Write about each point separately. 3) End with a sentence that reminds your reader about the points you just discussed.
