Rules and Information Authorized Signature________________________________________ #____ • This card is valid for ten (10) “entertainment blocks”. • Each entertainment block is valid for ONE of the following: • One hour of Table Tennis • One hour of Pool • Two games of bowling plus shoe rental • All partial hours or games will be rounded UP to the nearest whole hour of Table Tennis/Pool or two games of bowling. • No refunds or exchanges. • No cash value. • This card is not valid without an authorized signature • After this card has been used ten (10) times, it may be redeemed in the RPI Union Bookstore for 20% off any clothing purchase, or at the RPI Union Rathskellar food services for a medium drink with any $3.00 purchase.
