3. What is the right time to consider scaling agile? You should consider exploring scaling if the work cannot be done by just one team in isolation. When there are multiple teams collaborating together to achieve the same goal, with distinct focus areas but there are common dependencies including skills or you have to ship the effective integrated outcome incrementally and continuously. In short, scaling should be considered once you move beyond the team level process improvement.
