  4. Download the CSV file template, and edit it. You will be seeing the columns for Tex, Year, Time, Month, Time Gap etc that can be filled to organize the posts to be scheduled. Make the changes and save the file. Let's say you want to upload an image with the caption ‘Monday Motivation!’, every week on Monday. Put the date (on which it’s Monday) and fill the spreadsheet accordingly. If you want this post to be repeated for a month, you mention ‘4’ in the column labeled ‘Time Gap’. As for this, you can see your post uploaded on your selected social network every week on Monday for a month. You can also modify the date and time in a similar way whenever you want to.
