  1. • Once upon a time, the only solution for aging or cracked c co oncrete ncrete pa pat ti io o or driveway was to break it up with a sledge hammer or a bulldozer and replace it completely with a new one. But modernization has brought in a lot more alternatives to this extreme method.

  2. • Polymer based cement formulations or resurfaces are now used to fill in the cracks that appear on the concrete surfaces due to aging. • Usually a mix of water, high performance polymer and Portland cement are taken together and applied on these damaged surfaces with the help of steel trowels to squeeze it into the cracks for long time repairing solutions.

  3. • It can be used on any kind of concrete surface and not just patio or driveways. • The mixture that is prepared stays applicable only for 30 mins after combination with water and hence it is a frenetic and tough job to do.
