PHYSICAL/CHEMICAL SPECIFICATION Lipid Source: Castor Oil Raw Material: Ricinoleic Acid, Polyglycerol Colour & State: Yellowish Viscous Liquid Assay: Di-, Tri- & Tetraglycerol > 75% Heptaglycerol & greater < 10% Acid Value: Max. 3 mgKOH/g Iodine Value: 72-103 Hydroxyl Value: 80-100 Refractive Index: 1.463-1.467 Saponification Value: 170-185 mgKOH/g HEAVY METALS Arsenic (As): Max. 3 mg/kg Cadmium (Cd): Max.1 mg/kg Lead (Pb): Max. 1 mg/kg Mercury (Hg): Max. 1 mg/kg Heavy Metals: Max. 10 mg/kg APPLICATION AREAS Low fat spreads, chocolate, compound coatings, pan release applications. Specially Designed for Excellent results in Chocolate. SHELF LIFE/STORAGE Store in cool temp. of 25-30°C . Best before 24 months from the date of manufacturing.
