  1. RECOVER LOST DIGITAL PHOTOS WITH PHOTOREC To set up your Cisco router, first, you need to connect the router to the PC using the console cable. After connecting the router to PC, identify the router’s interfaces, and configure the IP addresses. Now, start setting up the access lists and configure the basic TCP/UDP/ICMP inspection options. Enter your username and password in the required fields and click the Login button. Now you are successfully logged into the Cisco router account. How to login to Cisco router To login to a Cisco router, follow the instructions below. Turn on your router and make sure that you have a direct network connection. Launch the Internet browser like Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. Enter the default IP address in the URL section of your default browser. How to configure Cisco router From the official of the Cisco router, download Cisco CP V2.5 file and install it on your system. Now, open the Cisco Configuration Professional window on your desktop. Click Edit at the bottom of the Routing screen to open the dynamic routing window.

Click OK when the Edit IP Dynamic Routing window appears on the screen. To transfer the commands to your router, select the Deliver option. Finally, the Dynamic routing configuration information will appear on the screen. Reset Cisco router Follow the instructions to reset the Cisco router using the reset button. Ensure that your router is turned off. Plug the power cord to your Cisco router and connect its other end to the power source. While turning on theCisco router, hold the Reset button for 10-15 seconds. Release the Reset button. The router reboots. To confirm the router reboot, observe the lights on the router. The light should be solid or blink in a repeated pattern. Wait till the router completes rebooting. Turn off your router. Your router is now reset to factory defaults. Follow the instructions to reset router using the router commands. After turning off your router, plug the power cord to your router and the power source. Also, connect your laptop to the router using the console cable. Press and hold the Reset button while powering up your router. Wait for 5-10 minutes till the router reboots. The light in the router will blink in a repeating pattern. Once the reboot is over, open the Terminal Emulator program on your laptop. Enter the correct commands in the router CLI to erase the existing configuration and reload the factory-default configuration. You can refer to the user guide or official site to know the commands.Once the completion message appears on the screen, close the terminal emulator program. Turn off your router. CISCO ROUTER PASSWORD CHANGE GLARY UNDELETE FOR WINDOWS 7/10 The initial step of the password modification procedure is to check if the router and computer are connected via a wired or wireless network. CISCO ROUTER PASSWORD RECOVERY First, turn off the Cisco router and remove the compact flash available on the rear side of the router. Switch on the Cisco router and insert the compact flash once the router enters the Rommon mode. Open the Command Prompt and key in Confreg 0*2142 when the Rommon>1 prompt appears. HOW TO MONITOR BANDWIDTH USAGE ON CISCO ROUTER Follow the below-given steps to monitor the bandwidth usage of your Cisco router. Make use of the IP address of the Cisco router to access the web management page of the router. Use the credentials you know to log into your Cisco router.
