  2. What is Ashwagandha ? Ashwagandha is a medicinal herb widely used in Ayurveda from thousands of years. It is an adaptogenic herb. It is well-known for its rejuvenating and restorative property. It has various benefits and is used to cure many ailments like - Arthritis pain, Reduces anxiety, High blood pressure, Cholesterol, Alzheimer's and huntington’s, Anti-cancer, Blood sugar levels and Depression etc. Taking Ashwagandha depends on the condition you will be getting treated for. There is no particular standard of quantity to be taken. It is usually taken in powdered form, capsules or liquid form. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and those individuals suffering from autoimmune diseases are not recommended to consume them.
