The mechanism of action of Sildenafil Citrate (Alphagra Pocket tablets) involves the release of nitric oxide in the corpus cavernosum. The most common Alphagra Pocket side effects observed with an incidence rate of 2% or greater were headache, flushing, dyspepsia, abnormal vision, nasal congestion, back pain, myalgia, nausea, dizziness and rash.
