How to make Pizza dough Tandoori Pizza
Ingredients • 250g strong white bread flour • 1 lever teaspoon fine sea salt • 3.5g dry yeast • 1 teaspoon sugar • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil • 160ml lukewarm water *Makes 2 medium sized pizzas
1. Pour 150ml of water in a bowl and microwave it for 30 s. *The water must be 37°C or lukewarm – or the yeast will die
2. Pour 3.5g of yeast in the cup of water. *Don’t throw away the white cap on the yeast bottle
3. Add 1tsp of sugar and 1tbsp of olive oil into yeast and water mixture.
6. Make a small hole in middle of flour mixture and pour yeast mixture into hole
7.Knead dough and add flour when dough is sticky *Don’t add too much flour or you cannot knead the dough **Knead the dough with one hand ***Flip the dough over and knead
8.After kneading put in a bowl and get a cloth, soak with warm water and cover the top of the bowl.
9.Put bowl in a dark and warm place and wait 1 hour for the yeast to grow.
