  2. Materials Materials Needed: • Homemade pizza dough • Homemade pizza sauce • 1 to 2 cups of cheese • Any pizza toppings • Oven • Bowl • Spatula • Plastic wrap • Pan • Stove

How to Make the Dough Materials for Making Dough: • ½ cup warm water • 2 tsps active dry yeast • 2 cups flour • 3 tbsps olive oil and extra to coat the dough • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp sugar Procedure: - Put all ingredients in bowl • Mix water and yeast • Massage dough until it’s smooth and elastic • Mold it into ball, put it in an olive oiled bowl, cover bowl for 2 hrs. • After 2 hrs., punch dough down, and massage it • Put dough on flour surface and let it rise for 1 hour

How to Make the Sauce Materials for Making Sauce: • ½ cup chopped onions • 2 tbsps minced garlic • 1 cup of chopped tomatoes • 8 oz. of tomato sauce • 6 oz. of paste • Olive oil • Oregano, basil, Italian seasoning, crushed red peppers, salt, pepper, and other spices Procedure: • Cook onions and garlic in olive oil in a pan • Blend in tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste, and let simmer 15-20 min. • Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and other spices • Blend it together with a spatula

  5. Toppings Toppings may include: • Mushrooms • Different kinds of pepperoni • Different cheeses • Anchovies • Vegetarian foods • Pineapples • Meat lover foods • Tomatoes • Anything else you want

Putting it all Together Things you will need: • Homemade pizza dough • Homemade sauce • 1 to 2 cups of any cheese • Your choice of pizza toppings Procedure: • Preheat oven to 400- 450 degrees • Press and work the dough making it ½ inch thick • Put olive oil on dough, then spread sauce, and sprinkle cheese • Place pizza on lightly greased oven pan for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the crust is crisp and gold
