  1. Before we begin, let’s make this clear, Anything jQuery can do or does, AngularJS can do it better and faster. Let's check the Comparison Between AngularJS and jQuery: What is AngularJS: AngularJS is a structural framework for dynamic web apps. It lets you use HTML as your template language and lets you extend HTML's syntax to express your application's components clearly and succinctly. AngularJS’s data binding and dependency injection eliminate much of the code you would otherwise have to write. What is JQuery: jQuery is a lightweight, "write less, do more", JavaScript library. The purpose of jQuery is to make it much easier to use JavaScript on your website. jQuery takes a lot of common tasks that require many lines of JavaScript code to accomplish, and wraps them into methods that you can call with a single line of code.

  3. AngularJS supports the MVC pattern whereas jQuery doesn't.
