MTI AD-24 and automatic 24-bit force and strain signal processors are provided with each system. Each Bench-top universal testing machine is customized according to the client's requirements. The load frame crosshead displacement estimation is programmed with a goal of 0.00005 crawls for all tests. Specifications for all Bench-Top Universal Testing System 1.Frame Dimensions should be 68 inches high, 34 inches wide, and 16 inches deep. 2.The testing region size should be 22.5 inches wide, 48 inches vertical, 7inches cross head surface depth. 3.Crosshead travel: 40 inches end to end

All load frames are designed to exact tolerance and utilize accurate ball screw drives, ground linear guide rods, and bearings, and high-strength steel construction to ensure accurate and precise velocity control and positioning capability. The load frame and testing fixtures can be attached to any of the four crosshead surfaces to guarantee most extreme capability and usefulness.
