The ancient science that stood the test of time. As per Ayurveda, any hair related problem is due to the imbalanced dosha. Hence, the main aim of Ayurveda while treating any type of disorder or disease is it to rebalance the body constitution, dosha, dhatus, malas, mana, and gunas. Did you know, in Ayurvedic wisdom, hair is closely related to asthi dhatu (bone tissue). Asthi dhatu is a body component similar to bone tissue. It's important function is to hold the body frame (dharana). It provides stability to the body and forms a skeleton. So, it is recommended to buy hair care products and follow practices that work specifically to increase the asthi dhatu and improve the quality of hair. Without wasting any time, let us delve into the varioushair carepractices that you can follow. Ayurveda Hair Care Practices to Follow 1. Decoction or shampoo made up of herbs like henna (Lawsonia Inermis), bhringraj (Eclipta prostrata Roxb), jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi), triphala, shikakai (Acacia concinna), bhrami (Bacopa monnieri) etc., can be used for washing hair.

The herbs content of Abhyadi Modaka has some great potency that really helps to flush out toxins and balance the body. All these hair care practices provide nourishment to the hair and limit damage done so far over the course of time. But that's not it!
