Best Practices in the Construction Industry • Education & Training for Construction Workers as a means of preventing occupational accidents and diseases • Our Association was formed in 1988 • Government – Education and Enforcement • Conditions were not changing, factored into the cost of the job • The Industry wanted to change but didn't know how make it happen

Best Practices in the Construction Industry • The Association’s approach has always been industry involvement. • All courses and programs come from a request by the industry to address a particular issue that is evident on the job sites. • Once identified our approach is to involve industry at every level to produce our programs
