Job Analysis:A process for collecting information that describes in detail the criteria for successful job performance. Job Parameters Determined through job analysis and recorded in job Job Evaluation Plan A pre-determined yardstick to measure comparable jobs Comparable Job Equity Ranking of comparable jobs within the organization
Turnover Template - 1 HR Tools • The Staff Turnover Template was developed and piloted by the Workforce Committee of PACE, a sub committee of the Central Alberta Service Provider Council. It is the result of a Taming Turnover Workshop and a process to agree on standard definitions.
