How about to understand abstract ideas? “To be fair, you have to have a high IQ to be successful.” But how true is thisstatement? Back when the first IQ tests were formulated, IQ was the yardstick for success. In 2003, American psychologist Robert Sternberg proposed the triarchic theory of intelligence. In this theory, there are three main forms of human intelligence: practical intelligence, creative intelligence, and analytical intelligence. And some other theories suggest we may actually possess up to nine different types ofintelligence.
