  2. The Yoga Institute, Santacruz (East), Mumbai, India was founded in 1918 by Shri Yogendraji , and is the oldest centre of yoga in the world. Shri Yogendraji believed that yoga was not meant exclusively for bearded men living in the mountains, and he wanted to bring it to householders—the men and women who have to work, toil, commute, earn a living, raise children, and fight the battle of life every day. He wanted to bring it to people living in the town and the city because he believed that the householder could benefit immensely from this knowledge. Little surprise then that Shri Yogendra is known as the Father of Modern Yoga Renaissance. The Yoga Institute, Chorao Island offers the same authentic yoga experience but at an exotic Island atmosphere where one can rediscover the self

  3. Monday to Saturday:  06:30 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. (Sundays are off)

  4. Residential: • $ 1800 or Rs. 124,999/- Single Occupancy (inclusive of course fee, study material, & 4 meals a day) • $ 1300 or Rs. 89,999/- Dual Sharing (inclusive of course fee, study material, & 4 meals a day) • $ 730 or Rs. 49,999/- Four Sharing (inclusive of course fee, study material, & 4 meals a day) COURSE FEES: Non-Residential: $ 650 or Rs. 44,999/- (inclusive of course fee, study material, & 4 meals a day) • * In case, accommodation is needed prior and/or post-course, we shall be able to provide it (only if available) for a fee of: • $50 or Rs. 2499/- per day (Includes 4 meals and accommodation) • $ 30 or Rs. 1999/- per day (Accommodation only) INCLUDES: •  4 Satvik Veg Meals & use of general facilities. • Excursion to the Dr Salim Ali bird sanctuary. • Complimentary airport / train station pickup for residential student
