  5. OUR TEAM Our team encompasses experienced senior adjusters with extensive international claims management experience. Each member of the team possesses a broad range of skill sets allowing them to quickly adapt to the demand of changing situations and environmental challenges.The team is keen to develop our client relationships based on the communication of mutually beneficial goals and objectives. LEADERSHIP Martin Thackray Operations Director and Founder David Owen Technical Director Julian Worthington Managing Director and Founder He has over 30 years of experience within the Caribbean insurance claims market for both insurers and loss adjusters, with extensive skills in the management of CAT events. He is a qualified college lecturer with an HNC in Automotive Engineering and Management and continues his professional development in the areas relating to alternative power sources. A Chartered Loss Adjuster and Insurance Practitioner, he has over 40 years of adjusting experience gained with both global and niche adjusting firms. A seasoned CAT adjuster, with his most recent assignment being the Auckland floods. Formerly a Director, Country and Regional manager for international adjusting firms, he has 30 years of experience in property and BI, casualty, construction, renewable energy and specie claims, together with industrial risk surveying. He has considerable experience of CAT adjusting in the Caribbean and other regions.
