Leadership Julian Worthington Martin Thackray David Owen Managing Director and Founder Operations Director and Founder Technical Director He has over 30 years of experience within the Caribbean insurance claims market for both insurers and loss adjusters, with extensive skills in the management of CAT events. He is a qualified college lecturer with an HNC in Automotive Engineering and Management and continues his professional development in the areas relating to alternative power sources. Formerly a Director, Country and Regional manager for international adjusting firms, he has 30 years of experience in property and BI, casualty, construction, renewable energy and specie claims, together with industrial risk surveying. He has considerable experience of CAT adjusting in the Caribbean and other regions. A Chartered Loss Adjuster and Insurance Practitioner, he has over 40 years of adjusting experience gained with both global and niche adjusting firms.
