  1. Vendio Merchants: How To Work With Fewer Spreadsheets! Inventory spreadsheet is both time-consuming and exasperating to work with. However, if you’re an eCommerce merchant it’s just about impossible to avoid them if you want to create and update product records that work with your platform. Well, move over spreadsheets. You’re just not cutting it anymore. Venzee has a better, smarter, faster way to work in 2016! Venzees lets eCommerce sellers create and update products compatible with their platform in a flash and with almost no use of spreadsheets! That’s a promise! How it works: Step 1: 30 Second Sign Up Without A Credit Card You’re all set to begin importing your supply chain-supplied Source Data! If you have questions about how to do this check out the videos below. How do I import data into Venzee? How do suppliers share data with their retailers via Venzee? Step 2: Grab Your Vendio Template Venzee created a template just for Vendio merchants and stored it in our Template Library. To get there go to “Dynamic Data”, click “Add”, and then find the Vendio template. Select it. How do I create a template? Step 3: Mapping In Order To Create A Dynamic Collection Now we’re going to take the Source Data that you uploaded in Step 1 along with the Vendio template and create a Dynamic Collection. You will use the Dynamic Collection whenever you want to quickly turn out Vendio-compatible products. Think of it as a tool that will make your eCommerce life a lot easier. In order to create a Dynamic Collection you’re going to map the fields in the Vendio template with your Source Data’s attributes (color, size etc.) This is super simple. Don’t worry if you get stuck. That’s why we put the question mark “?” there. The videos below will also help you get started. How do I create a Dynamic Collection? How do I import images into Venzee?

  2. Step 4: Pull That Switch And…Generate! Hit the “Generate” button. Now click “Export” to get a download link for your newly created Dynamic Collection sent to your email. Step 5: Appreciate The Venzee Magic! Whenever your Source Data (that’s the data you imported in Step 1) is updated your new Vendio-ready product records are updated as well!
