Christian Fanning - Honored Cathedral Catholic Kicker

Christian Fanning strives for kicking excellence, and has made numerous field goals from long distances during his high school career. He has even kicked a 51-yarder, an accomplishment he hopes to build on in the coming years at EWU. Christian Fanning hopes to one day be a part of the EWU team that brings home a FCS National Championship.

  1. Christian Fanning - Honored Cathedral Catholic Kicker Christian Fanning is a place kicker with potential. Currently a promising young kicker with the Eastern Washington University Eagles football program, Christian Fanning has experienced numerous successes as a kicker at Cathedral Catholic High School, considered one of the most competitive athletic programs in the San Diego area. Christian Fanning, now a part of the Eastern Washington University program, continues to strive for kicking excellence, and promises to be a great asset to the Big Sky Conference squad. His hope is to become the starting kickoff specialist and place kicker for the EWU Eagles, and to help lead the team to success and dominance in the Big Sky Conference. Christian Fanning is proud to be an Eagle, and to contribute to his team’s success in any way he can. He continues to train and work hard.

Christian Fanning: Helping Out the Local Community Christian Fanning learned the value of community service very early on in life, and now understands exactly how important being an active community volunteer really is. He now strives to maintain a presence in the volunteering community, and to demonstrate the compassion and action needed to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

  3. Christian Fanning: Kicking Prowess Christian Fanning has played in the Torrey Pines Pop Warner league, has participated in The Kicking System, an academy for football and soccer kickers, and at the Colorado State University Football Camp. A product of extensive training and kicking experience, he seeks to take his game even further, and to someday use his ability and kicking talent to enhance EWU’s opportunities for victory. Always the dedicated teammate and diligent athlete, Christian Fanning promises to have many more significant kicking achievements ahead of him.

Christian Fanning: A History of Generosity Christian Fanning counts himself fortunate to be an elite athlete, someone that has benefitted on multiple occasions from an innate athletic ability that has provided him the opportunity to be a part of winning teams and to have experienced the thrill of victory. A career full of athletic accomplishment has established him as someone with not only a gift for kicking, but also someone committed to the hard work and training necessary to meet challenges head on, to overcome obstacles and to achieve difficult objectives.
