  1. WHAT EXERCISES ARE BENEFICIAL FOR PEOPLE WITH CERVICAL SPONDYLITIS WHAT IS CERVICAL SPONDYLITIS? Cervical spondylitis, also known as cervical osteoarthritis, is a type of arthritis that affects the neck and shoulders. It is caused by degeneration or wear and tear of the cervical spine, which is part of the spine that supports the neck. Cervical problems are a common phenomenon caused by poor daily habits or can also occur as a part of ageing. CAUSES OF CERVICAL SPONDYLITIS The abrasion of our spine cannot be linked to one single cause. There are several factors that contribute to the occurrence of this condition. Some of the changes that can be considered as reasons are listed below:

  2. Herniation As you get older, your spinal disc may tear or split. A herniated disc is the medical term for this. Due to herniation, the disc may stretch out, putting pressure on adjacent tissue or spinal nerve. This may make you feel uneasy or numb. Degeneration The spinal discs of the neck can gradually deteriorate. With time the discs can become less elastic, and soft tissue can lose some of its elasticity. It's natural for your discs to collapse or settle if you are a little shorter than you were when you were younger. Osteoarthritis Osteoarthritis is a chronic condition that negatively impacts the cartilage of your joints. Your cartilage is damaged by osteoarthritis more quickly than by any other state. Bone Spurs When cartilage degenerates, bone tissue rubs against other bone tissue, leading to atypical bone growth along the edges of vertebrae. These are highly prevalent, particularly in middle age. COMMON SYMPTOMS Cervical spondylosis often goes unnoticed as it has no noticeable symptoms that would let someone know if they have it. The symptoms that can point to the existence of this ailment include the following, to name a few.

  5. Even if cervical spondylitis has been nagging you for several years, it can be cured by Chakrasiddh. Chakrasiddh uses a combination of healing therapies like Nadi Vaidyam and Marma Chikitsa to heal all sorts of chronic health disorders. Nadi Vaidyam and Marma Chikitsa aid in restoring the nervous system's equilibrium by harmonising the actions of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. In this effective healing method, the healer's touch is an advanced biochemical and neuroelectrical impulse. The vibration of the repeated mantra and the energy of that contact, which travels through the Marma and Nadis to the suitable organs, helps balance the prana. Chakrasiddh has helped many people come out of chronic cervical spondylosis. If you are suffering from the same or any other health disorder, you can book an appointment with Chakrasiddh professionals in one of their centres in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
