  3. I charge $350 for my services plus the cost of the license which I provide ($100). I can consider a smaller charge for veterans and elopement-type marriages. ​I can negotiate the cost somewhat if you already have been to City Hall and have your own license. I do big formal weddings, elopements and everything in between I will custom-write your ceremony, and perform your marriage at any location you wish, including my beautiful home (for a small group). A complete and legal marriage. I also undertake to provide you a certified copy of your certificate within a short period of time.
