Perfectly Moist Apple Cinnamon Bread Recipe
INGREDIENTS One large apple 1. Half a cup of milk 2. Half a cup of packed brown sugar 3. 2/3 cup of granulated white sugar 4. 1.5 tsp. cinnamon 5. Half a cup of softened and salted butter Two eggs 7. STEP 1 Take a small bowl and combine the cinnamon and brown sugar. Set it aside. Peel and chop the apple into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Set it aside. Take a large bowl and combine the sugar and softened butter using a stand mixer on medium or low heat. So, keep in mind that the mixture will be chunky or grainy when you are doing this.
STEP 2 Add the vanilla extract and eggs to the large bowl in which you just mix the butter and sugar. Then, combine it again on the same mixer settings. Now, the mixture will have a saucy consistency with no chunks. Add the baking powder, flour, and salt inside the bowl with the ingredients and stir them all to combine.
STEP 3 Add the milk and keep stirring with a spoon until the milk is completely incorporated. Grease a loaf pan of 9 x 5 inches and pour half the batter. Then, add half of the chopped apples to the batter with the brown sugar mixture. Repeat this layer with the remaining ingredients.
STEP 4 Place the apple bread inside the oven on the center rack for fifty to fifty-five minutes at 350F. Let the bread stand for ten minutes until it has cooled a little. Slice the bread and enjoy with what you like.
