An easy desert! Apple Bread with Chocolate Chips Iva John Emily
Ingredients • 3 eggs • ½ ounce of baking powder • 1 plain yogurt • 3 flour measures (using the yogurt receptacle) • 2 sugar measures (using the yogurt receptacle) • 1 plant oil measure (using the yogurt receptacle) • 1 or 2 apples peeled and cut in slices • Chocolate or butterscotch chips
Instructions • Add all the ingredients in a bowl, following the order of the ingredients given. • Using a mixer, mix them until you get a homogeneous, light thick, creamy mixture. • Preheat the oven for some 15 minutes to 350 degrees Fahrenheit • Grease a cake pan both with butter or margarine and sprinkle some flour. • Pour half of the cake mixture into the cake pan, sparkle the chocolate or butterscotch chips. • Then, cover them again with the cake mixture • Distribute the apple slices over the top and add some more chips in between slices.
Baking Instructions • Bake it for about 30 to 45 minutes. • To know when the cake is ready, just insert a skewer or toothpick in the center of the cake and if it comes out clean, the cake is ready. • The cake must be golden on top and firm to the touch.
