  1. When You Loose Yourself in Something https://www.wholesomebellies.com.au/

  2. I spent my Friday morning in the kitchen creating new recipes as I do every Friday, and this particular morning as I wiped the bench a wave of deep emotion and gratitude moved over me. I remained paralysed at the bench and my eyes welled with tears.  What is going on I asked myself?  I sat with it and let myself feel this emotion. And then as quickly as it came it left and I was left with a deep sense of gratitude.  I get to spend every Friday doing what brings me joy, what fills my soul and nourishes my heart.

  3. As I look at the clock, I realise that four hours have passed. Just me, my kitchen, amazing ingredients and the background chilled tunes. I realised that when I cook I truly lose myself. Time stands still, my mind doesn’t wander, and the thoughts just stop. It’s the one place I’m truly present.  I find myself starting my cooking day with a plan, and then the creativity flows and I’m creating recipes I didn’t even know existed. I’m in my flow. It feels right. I feel only love. I take a deep breath. I savour this moment.

  4. Right now, everything is exactly how its meant to be.
