Not so wealthy: We need to trade something, either with more hours or less stuff Wealthy: -Get an apartment complex -Say it has 4 apartments -Generate $250/apartment/mo. -$1000/mo. Conclusion: - Wealthy person spent less time - Wealthy person thinks, “It’s not what I do, it’s how I generate my income.”
