Examples • I see the boy. • WHOM do I see? • The boy= direct object noun • What can you replace the boy with? • Him = direct object pronoun • I see him.
Les Objets Directs • Answer the questions whom/what • Placed before the conjugated verb
WORD ORDER • Affirmative: subject + DOP + CV + rest of sent. • Negative: subject + ne + DOP + CV + pas + rest of sent.
