Introduction There are several words we use on a daily basis here in the office that you will need to know in both English and Spanish. This tutorial will look at 15 common workplace vocabulary words, translate them, and give you the pronunciation for each.
Not everyone learns the same way. Some people learn best when they have a visual representation. The following slides have an image representing each of the vocabulary words. Fill in the blanks with the correct vocabulary words and post your answers in the Vocabulary Responses discussion forum.

Your Turn Using the Spanish/English dictionary link under Study Resources, find ten additional words that you use frequently in the workplace. Post your list, in English and Spanish, in the discussion forum Unique Vocabulary Words. This will serve as a resource for you and others.
Assessment There is a five question, multiple-choice quiz that covers the vocabulary you learned in this tutorial. You have two opportunities to submit the quiz. You must receive a score of at least 80% to pass. The results will be automatically sent to the Human Resources department to be inserted into your personnel file as proof of completion.
