  1. Aaron Ardaiz Humble Beginnings Aaron Ardaiz is a certified professional welder who has been working in the field for many years. He began his journey into welding when he started working for a company called Quinstruction. There he simply worked as a day laborer on a temporary company project. That would spark a passion in Mr. Ardaiz for welding, as he watched welders work on the job. His start with the general contractors Quinstruction helped mold him into the professional he is today.

  2. Aaron Ardaiz A Good Start Aaron Ardaiz enjoys his title as a certified and thoroughly experienced welder. It was not always that way, however. Mr. Ardaiz landed his first welding job working for a construction equipment company in Albany, Oregon named Little Industries. It was there that he learned how to become a fabricator and a welder. He developed his metallurgical knowledge and started his journey to become a certified and seasoned welder with many completed projects under his belt.

  3. Aaron Ardaiz Adventurous Aaron Ardaiz is an adventurous and spirited individual with high energy. That is why you can often find him engaging in adrenaline-pumping hobbies such as water skiing and snowboarding. Mr. Ardaiz is not just into the high octane activities however; he also enjoys going fishing, hiking, and socializing with his friends. He is the kind of person who never shies away from a new experience and adventure, so long as it is exciting and engaging.

  4. Aaron Ardaiz A Unique Job Recently, Aaron Ardaiz has been working at a custom design welding business called All Things Metal in Phoenix, AZ. This company specializes in doing customized residential jobs, as well as luxury commercial jobs. The company creates things like courtyard gates, balcony rails, iron doors, stairs, and art pieces. While most of Mr. Ardaiz’s experience in welding has been industrial, his job at All Things Metal has offered him a more artistic perspective for the metallurgical arts.
