  4. 2009 - ZAP Lunar Simulant Update • Mill - Particulate Characteristics: • Single / dual pass: D50 – 20 micron • ~2,000 lbs / hour • Particulates ‘arrange’ themselves under vibration • Appear to have high adhesion – initially • CSM – QEMSCAN Analysis • Proposed Research: • Impedance testing (JPL) • Properties when produced in inert environment • Adhesion • Impedance • Mechanically produced np particulates
