  5. Factors Considered • Significant regression • Delayed recoupment • Emerging skills • Critical life skills • Variety of sources

  6. Annual Qualification • Must qualify each year

  7. Process / Timeline • Collection of data by all educators and related service providers • Evaluation of data • Eligibility or ineligibility is determined • ESY IEP for eligible students is processed

  8. Location / Services • ESY locations are determined annually • Transportation provided if needed
