  3. Flag The colors of the Venezuelan flag represent: • Yellow :Venezuelan riches. • Blue : The Caribbean sea that covers the Venezuelan coasts. • Stars : In the independence time Venezuela was divided in 8 cities. • Red : The blood that our independence heroes spilled.

  4. Customs After 300 years of Spain dominating Venezuela, July 5 ; the certificate of independence was singed.

  5. Government The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has a democratic government. The president is selected by the people every 5 year . The government is divided into 5 branches: legalisms, executive, judiciadano y electoral.

  7. Dress In Venezuela the typical dress for boys is the liqui-liqui and for girls a flower skirt and a whit blouse style llanera. The shoes are called alpargatas.
