  1. Hello HansThank you for this information. I already checked the possibility to usecopper instead of lead. Copper is much more expensive then lead so our pricefor a version with a copperplate would cost USD 31'200. - (budgetary price).The dimension of the valve is exactly the same as for the standard 101 DN400valves (I attached the dimensional drawing to this mail) We haven't created a sketch how the plate is guided in the valve.The plate will be guided with special rollers inside the valve body.

Only pneumatic actuator  Valve complete USD 54'000.- Pricing All prices are rough budgetary prices Mounting position: It is impossible to actuate the heavy lead plate with our standard actuator against gravity. So actuator upwards or downwards isn’t possible. Delivery Time: The delivery time for the valves is approximately 3 months.
