  4. How do some advertisements succeed in creating a need? Set out to create a need Understand the weaknesses of a customer Mislead customers by using part of the truth

  5. ANALYSIS:.Outline the important functions of advertisements Characterize advertisements on the basis of the various functions that they perform Distinguish on the basis of printed and TV or radio advertisements Collect the list of advertisements and compare them with the product

  6. SYNTHESIS Make a project to show different types of advertisements Make a list of advantages of printed advertisements and disadvantages of TV or radio advertisements Research what is important to the customer while buying a product

  7. EVALUATION Argue on the basis of advantages and disadvantages of advertisements Prioritize on the basis of the need of people Assess and appraise the importance of advertisements that how these help the people in choosing and buying of the products

  8. Conclusion • Advertising has become a very big business, good firms in it do all they can to make it sure it is conducted with some attention to truth • This is a help to the customer • But the only real safeguard for the customer is his own alertness.
