Milky Way • The Milky Way goes around and around like the sun. It got it’s name because it looks like a creamy band of stars from Earth. Corinthian
JA’NIJAH STAR • A star is a ball of hot gases out in space. It gives off light. From the Earth the stars seem to make patterns and twinkle in the night. Our sun is a yellow star. There is also a blue star, and a red star.
Karen Garcia North Star • The North Star is also called Polaris. It is the last star in the handle of the Little Dipper.
Constellation • Constellations are groups of stars thatmake pictures in the night sky. • Constellations can help people find stars. Britney
The Little Dipper The Little Dipper is next to the Big Dipper. The Little Dipper looks like the Big Dipper upside down . The North Star is the first star in the Little Dipper’s handle. Breanna
