  2. Business overview • “Forevermore Pastry Store” is a sole proprietor in Los Angeles California. I chose Los Angeles because it’s a big town with a lot of people willing to try new places. The pastry store that I have designed has a wide variety of pastries among other things as well such as latte’s and coffee’s. It also different because we don’t just have one ethnicity of food. It is all mixed. • The target market for Forevermore Pastry Store is to have a good amount of locals. Also we would love to continue adding new people as well as keeping the regulars. We will also keep our customer service as one of the best, which will be the key to maintaining this target market. • The Ideal customer: about 28-29 years old most likely Hispanic or white and most likely married. Also someone who lives in the Los Angeles CA area and who like to have delicious pastry’s and desserts

  5. Organizational chart Cashier- someone who is trustworthy and good with money, they would Receive and disburse money. Usually involves use of electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment. Will often be involved in processing credit or debit card transactions and validating checks. Bakers- responsible for making a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This job title requires you to rise very early and work during the hours that most people are asleep, so it is ideal for a true morning person Dish washer- Each dishwasher’s primary objective is to provide a clean and safe kitchen area for our staff. Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized Manager- Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
