  4. DOW RESTRICTED SWP Discussion • Step #3: Field Walkthrough completed, isolation and break tags verified. • Location is clear? • Break Points ID’ed? • Isolation is OK, checked open bleed? • Area is ready for the work?

  5. DOW RESTRICTED SWP Discussion • Step #4: You can execute the job in the field as discussed/written on the permit. • Have all the equipment you need? PPE? Grounding cables? • Barricades can be erected, no one else in the area? • Rig you discussed using is available and at the job site?

  6. DOW RESTRICTED Work Authorization vs. Permit • What’s required with Exempt work? • Signed in and Signed Off? • Field Visit? • Observer Requirement?
