Process Summary Project/Campaign Manager- Manages Project from after acquisition to QA testing Project Definition • Define project scope based on client agreement, write Business Requirements (detailed expectations from client) • Define project schedule/resource allocation in MS Project (Project Plan) • Kickoff meeting with team to communicate Project Plan Project Specification • Consult with team leads and ensure that they create specification documents: • Creative Lead creates Creative Spec as well as initial design mockup • Information Architect creates Functional Spec as well as initial site map • Technical Lead creates Technical Spec • Content Manager creates Content Description • SEO Manager creates list of keywords Design and Development • Periodically ensure Designers and Developers are meeting their schedules • Confirm that peer testing is taking place between hand-offs, acquire signatures • Serve as client liaison; obtain client approval where necessary SEO/Testing • Ensure that SEO Plan is implemented • Ensure that usability recruitment has taken place • Ensure testers are meeting their schedules • Serve as client liaison for any readjustment to final handoff

Process Summary Information Architect- Site Structure and Usability Project Definition • Work with Campaign Manager to estimate timeline, give recommendations for scope and Requirements Project Specification • Create Functional Specification document and hand off to Campaign Manager • Create initial Site Map • In some cases, create a Usability Brief detailing recommendations for better usability • Development of Wireframes of site structure Testing • Perform an informal usability test of wireframes with unbiased peer. • Make necessary changes • Communicate results to Campaign Manager Hand Off • Hand off Site Map, Usability Brief, and Wireframes • Design Lead • Campaign Manager
