Menu Bar: Databases The Databases menu allows you to do many things with the records that are in your site. You can search, view pending only, or create a new record all using the submenus found here.
Menu Bar: Tools The Tools menu is another menu that has a lot of submenus that will be heavily used. If you are ever making any setup changes in your site you will be using one of the submenus pictured here.

Approving Records: Pending Bin The Pending Bin is where you’ll approve and reject new user registrations or postings. Let’s take a closer look at the Pending Bin.
Approving Records: Pending Bin All records requiring approval can be found in your Pending Bin.
Approving Records: Pending Bin The number next to the bin indicates the number of pending records awaiting your approval
Approving Records: Pending Bin Things to Note: • You decide what type of records need to be approved. • Only completed registrations/postings will appear in your pending bin. • You can conduct a pending search to see which registrations are incomplete.
