What is eBPLS • Electronic Business Permit Licensing System (eBPLS) is a software product that will enable Local Government Units (LGUs) to process business applications electronically. LIMITATIONS • Cannot correct itself. (Dependent on user’s correct inputs) • Not all assessment scenarios are incorporated in the system • May require customization. • Needs disciplined users eBPLS

Deployment Suggestion 1. Test the system until December 2007 2. While testing, familiarize yourself with the system. 3. Do Change-Management 4. Report bugs to your respective RITC or to NCC 5. Conduct parallel run from January 2008 till onwards. 6. If the system is fully functional and working properly, deploy the system. eBPLS
