Building Capacity/Partnerships • Be aware of tools available to assist businesses/communities • Be creative in identifying opportunities • Opportunity to spread risk with leveraged funds/assistance • Utilize partnerships that currently exist • Think of Rural Development not only a funding source, but partner in creating opportunity for rural communities
