GUIDED PRACTICE Group Work Procedures • Each group has been given a Pioneer Budget Activity packet. • Read the scenario closely as it is reviewed by the teacher. • You will use the scenario and work as a group to spend your $250 budget. • You may not go over your budget, so choose wisely. • You must be able to show that you would have survived the first year on the frontier and that you are prepared to start making money in the future. • Your decisions will be reviewed and voted on by the teacher and a panel of students. • Objective: TSW solve problems of Colonial survival and develop a budget.
