Using Completer Data • Annual Summary Reports include: • Report #1: Test Data by Subarea and Objective with Statewide Averages • Report #2: Aggregate Data by Test and Assessment; • Report #3: Aggregate Summary of all Programs; • Report #4: Three Year Archival Record; • Explanatory notes and footnotes • Summary Reports include data for all programs regardless of how many completers; we are working to provide data by degree code and by multiple campus sites.
GACE Computer Based Testing • GaPSC is initiating Computer Based Testing administered at Pearson Testing Centers located across Georgia and United States; • The CBT program will begin with Basic Skills; • One week testing window: • February 18-24, 2010; • April 22-28, 2010.

HEOA Update • Full reporting for HEOA is federally required beginning with 09-10 data; • Submission date by providers is November 2010; • HEOA Task Force • Identify what additional data are needed; • Establish data terminology & decision rules; • Streamline data collection & reporting efforts; • Determine meaningful use of these data.
