  2. Who are we? • Private association, established in December 1972 • Main office based at the Swiss Organisation for Facilitating Investments (SOFI), Zurich. Chapter in Geneva. • Members are firms, institutions and private individuals from Switzerland and the CIS with an interest in bilateral economic cooperation between the two regions. • JCC is financed by membership fees, consulting fees and event fees, not by subsidies.

  3. Mission • The JCC‘s mission is to support the development and growth of business relations between Switzerland and CIS countries. • It does so by providing companies with specialized information, consulting services and customized partner searches. JCC has an extensive partner network in Switzerland and the CIS to faciliate its provision of services.

Services • Information Clearing House: The chamber provides specialized information on the following: • business opportunities in target countries • companies, products and markets • laws, tax and customs regulations • preliminary information on structuring and establishing a legal presence in a partner country • operational and salary costs • Contact Catalyst: A platform for members to exchange information, share experiences and form contacts with… • organizations and companies in target countries • Swiss companies who do business in target countries

Services • Service Provider:Provision of consulting services… • advice to companies who want to establish business contacts or invest in target regions • site selection • search for partner, supplier or distributor • …or referrals to experts in the following areas: • establishing a legal presence in the country • due diligence and other legal matters • project financing • banking services • other consulting services (including market entry strategy, business planning etc.)
