Free State Rugby: • Add one member to the presidency • Add one women to the council • Appoint a manager for amateur rugby ( Black Person) • Currie Cup: • Contract more black players in the squad • Appoint a PRO ( Black Lady) • Junior Teams: • Policy of increased transformation • Super 14: • Team 8- 10 Black Players in squad of 30 • Management: Policy of 50/50 • Academy • Griffons & Cheetahs • Free State Rugby Academy • Griquas academy
Commitments for the future (Transformation Charter) • Target & Objectives in relation to demographics etc. • Policy changes: Indaba August 2007 • Spend very high ratio of funds on schools and clubs • No new clubs but quality • Relations municipality and government • Create pipeline (Not just Free State, but RSA)
