  5. Remember how you felt when you were a general member? Take that into account Don’t act superior…remember where you came from Always be friendly and approachable Always be accessible Keep what the members want in your mind Remember that you were elected to serve the members!

  8. It is a recommendation, so why should I do this? DCMs/ Submissions Documents the work you have done as LTG Service Hours Set the example Officer Training Conference/Region Training Conference/Conclave These events are for the division and members you serve Communication You can not help the division/region/committee if you are not involved. If you don’t communicate, how can you expect others to communicate with you? Reflections This will show you your growth as a leader

  9. Club Visitations Think of it like coming over to a friend’s house Being friendly and respectful is key Fill out the club visitation tab afterwards Get to know the clubs in the division you serve How does that make you feel? Builds a stronger connection Shows you the strengths/weaknesses
