The MFStek Regulatory Department works with international regulatory boards to ensure compliance and to secure all appropriate approvals (below), when and where possible. Due to the advanced nature of MFStek nanotechnology surface coatings, Federal Government Departments (i.e. Health Canada, Canadian Food Inspection Agency, United States EPA, EPA DfE and FDA) do not always have published evaluation protocols. When this occurs, MFStek secures compliant approvals and ensures that all products are labelled according to international standards. It is not the intention of MFStek to circumvent any regulatory approvals and make claims that are non-compliant with local or international law.
