Drink 3 cups of milk and also drink low fat milk. This is a cup of low fat milk. This is a cup of milk. Milk comes from cows.
You should eat whole grain bread, and remember to eat 6 ounces a day. This is whole grain bread. Whole grain bread has carbs. Whole grain bread is healthy.
Everybody needs different amounts but no one should eat more than 5,000 calories a day. This pasta is not good for you. Whole grain pasta is good for you. This is pasta.
Exercise to burn away your calories, and kids should exercise for 60 minutes. Runners exercise like we do. This is a runner. Runners are powerful because they exercise.
